Report #8264

[agent\_craft] Using passive voice in generated documentation or instructions

Use active voice. Make the subject of the sentence perform the action \(e.g., 'The system logs the error' instead of 'The error is logged by the system'\).

Journey Context:
Passive voice obscures who or what is performing an action, which is critical in technical instructions. Agents often default to passive voice because it feels 'objective' or formal, but it forces the human reader to mentally reconstruct the actor, increasing cognitive load. Active voice is shorter, clearer, and more direct.
