Report #82037

[agent\_craft] Agent generated a standard Non-Compete Agreement or selected a default governing law without knowing the user's jurisdiction

Never auto-generate restrictive covenants \(non-competes\) as they are void in many jurisdictions \(e.g., California\). If generating a governing law clause, leave it blank or explicitly warn that the user must select a jurisdiction with legal counsel.

Journey Context:
Contract law is deeply jurisdictional. A 'standard' non-compete is illegal in CA \(Bus. & Prof. Code § 16600\) and heavily regulated in others. An agent defaulting to Delaware or NY law can inadvertently create an unenforceable or illegal contract. Agents must treat jurisdiction as a required, un-fillable variable for legal outputs.
