[agent\_craft] Formatting complex sequential steps or multiple conditions as a comma-separated paragraph

Use numbered lists for sequential steps \(instructions\) and bulleted lists for unordered items \(prerequisites, options\). Introduce the list with a complete sentence ending in a colon.

Journey Context:
A wall of text is hard to scan. When a user reads instructions, they need to track their progress. Numbered lists provide a mental checkpoint. Bulleted lists allow the brain to quickly evaluate options. Paragraphs should be reserved for connected, flowing arguments, not discrete technical items or steps.
