[gotcha] Failing to flag St. John's Wort interactions when a user mentions taking SSRIs

Treat St. John's Wort as a potent serotonergic drug. If a user is on an SSRI/SNRI, explicitly warn against St. John's Wort due to the risk of fatal serotonin syndrome.
