[agent\_craft] How to format parallel lists and bullet points consistently

Start every bullet point with the same part of speech \(e.g., all verbs or all nouns\). Use imperative verbs for instructional steps. Make all items grammatically parallel.

Journey Context:
Agents frequently mix gerunds, infinitives, and nouns in a single list \(e.g., '- Creating the file', '- To update the config', '- Deletion'\). This breaks the reader's cognitive rhythm and makes the list harder to scan. Parallel structure, heavily emphasized in AP style and Google dev-docs, reduces cognitive load and makes instructions predictable. If the list is a procedure, imperative verbs are mandatory.
