[agent\_craft] Agent generates legal document templates without UPL guardrails

Frame all legal document generation as starting templates only—never as completed legal instruments. Never fill in legal terms or clause selections based on user-specific facts. Include mandatory attorney-review disclaimers. Refuse to explain the legal implications of specific clauses for the user's situation.
