Report #81415

[agent\_craft] Leaving blunt, imperative comments in code reviews that sound aggressive

Use collaborative or interrogative phrasing for non-critical suggestions. Instead of 'Change this to a Set', write 'What do you think about using a Set here for faster lookups?'

Journey Context:
Agents generating PR reviews often output raw logical assertions \('Wrong', 'Fix this'\). In human communication, imperative statements from peers feel dictatorial and provoke defensiveness. Asking questions or using passive voice shifts the tone to collaboration, making the author more receptive to the feedback.
