[gotcha] Recommending inducing vomiting if someone swallows a poison

Never induce vomiting; contact poison control immediately. Vomiting can cause aspiration pneumonia or further esophageal damage from corrosives.

However, modern toxicology strongly advises against it because the harm of bringing corrosive substances back up \(or aspirating hydrocarbons\) outweighs the benefit of emptying the stomach.
