[agent\_craft] Using internal acronyms or domain-specific jargon without expansion in generated docs or emails

Expand acronyms on first use per document. Replace jargon with plain language equivalents unless the jargon is the established standard term in the target community.

Journey Context:
Agents learn domain vocabulary and parrot it back, assuming the reader shares the same context. This alienates new contributors or cross-functional team members. While acronyms save space, undefined acronyms cost the reader time searching for meaning. Plain language ensures accessibility and reduces misinterpretation.
