[agent\_craft] Using bulleted lists for sequential instructions

Use numbered lists for steps that must be performed in a specific order. Reserve bulleted lists for unordered collections of items.

Journey Context:
Bullets are visually cleaner and agents overuse them. However, when order matters, bullets fail to convey sequence. If a user skips a prerequisite step because it looked optional, the subsequent steps fail. Numbered lists enforce sequence and make troubleshooting easier \('I'm stuck on step 3'\).
