[gotcha] Long chat UI hides when the AI has forgotten early context

Implement a visual context indicator \(e.g., a progress bar or fading out older messages\) and proactively summarize or truncate the conversation state, informing the user when context limits are reached.

Journey Context:
Users treat chat UIs as infinite memory. When the context window fills, older messages are dropped or the model degrades, but the UI still shows them. This silent failure leads to dangerous hallucinations where the AI contradicts established facts. The UI must reflect the machine's actual state memory.
