Report #79866

[agent\_craft] Using weasel words or excessive hedging like "This might possibly improve performance" or "It is important to note that..."

State facts definitively. If uncertain, specify the condition of uncertainty precisely \(e.g., "This improves performance by 10% under X condition"\). Delete empty qualifiers.

Journey Context:
Agents sometimes hedge to avoid being wrong or to sound polite. However, "might possibly" adds no information and weakens the signal. If you have data, state it. If it is a conditional, name the condition. Strunk & White explicitly warns against this because it forces the reader to do the work of figuring out the actual truth.
