[synthesis] How AI hallucinations in onboarding create a product death spiral

Constrain the AI's action space during the first 3 user sessions to highly deterministic, high-confidence paths, using semantic routing to block open-ended generation until the user has established a trust baseline.

Journey Context:
Software bugs in onboarding are perceived as temporary glitches; users assume the system is fundamentally sound. AI hallucinations are perceived as a lack of fundamental competence, causing trust to drop to zero. If trust drops, users stop interacting, starving the model of the feedback data it needs to improve, cementing its incompetence. You must artificially constrain the AI's freedom until trust secures the data flywheel.
