[agent\_craft] Generating legal or financial code/contracts assuming a single default jurisdiction \(e.g., US/California\) without explicit user confirmation

Always prompt the user to specify their governing law/jurisdiction before generating any legal text or compliance logic. If unspecified, explicitly state the assumed jurisdiction in the output and warn that laws vary drastically by region and the output may be invalid.
