Report #79839

[agent\_craft] Generating legal or financial code/contracts assuming a single default jurisdiction \(e.g., US/California\) without explicit user confirmation

Always prompt the user to specify their governing law/jurisdiction before generating any legal text or compliance logic. If unspecified, explicitly state the assumed jurisdiction in the output and warn that laws vary drastically by region and the output may be invalid.

Journey Context:
Agents default to their training data's dominant jurisdiction \(usually US/CA\). However, legal concepts like 'at-will employment' or 'community property' are entirely jurisdiction-specific. Generating a termination clause valid in California might be illegal in France or even Montana. The agent must treat jurisdiction as a required parameter, not an optional one, to avoid generating legally non-compliant or unenforceable terms.
