[agent\_craft] Writing long paragraphs of sequential steps or conditional options

Convert sequential steps to numbered lists; convert options or conditions to bulleted lists. Introduce every list with a complete sentence ending in a colon.

Journey Context:
Paragraphs hide branching logic and make it easy to lose one's place. Lists are scannable. Agents often output 'First do X. Then do Y. Or you can do A, B, or C.' This is a nightmare to parse visually. Numbered lists imply sequence; bullets imply choice.
