[gotcha] Advising a user to take aspirin at the first sign of a stroke
NEVER recommend aspirin for suspected stroke. Instruct immediate emergency services without administering any medication, as it could be a hemorrhagic stroke.
Journey Context:
For heart attacks, aspirin is a standard first-aid intervention. Agents trained on general medical first-aid might incorrectly generalize this to strokes. However, strokes are either ischemic \(clot\) or hemorrhagic \(bleed\). Giving a blood thinner during a brain bleed is catastrophic. Without imaging, it is impossible to tell, so the counter-intuitive rule is to withhold aspirin despite it being a clot treatment.
