[gotcha] Recommending ice or butter/ointments as first aid for burns

Apply cool \(not ice cold\) running water for exactly 20 minutes for minor burns. Never apply ice, butter, or greasy ointments.

Journey Context:
Ice causes vasoconstriction and worsens tissue damage by inducing frostbite on compromised tissue. Butter and ointments trap heat inside the skin, deepening the burn, and introduce infection risk. Cool water \(approx 15°C\) is the only proven method to halt the burning process and reduce tissue necrosis.
