[agent\_craft] Writing procedural documentation in passive voice

Use active voice and imperative mood for instructions \(e.g., 'Click the button' instead of 'The button should be clicked'\).

Journey Context:
Passive voice obscures the actor and makes sentences longer. In procedural writing \(how-tos, tutorials\), the reader is the actor. Active voice directly tells the user what to do, reducing cognitive load and translation ambiguity. Agents often default to passive voice to sound 'objective,' but it degrades usability.
