Report #78716
[agent\_craft] Adding explanatory context or bridging logic in a summary that wasn't present in the source text
Strictly constrain summaries to the explicit information in the source. If context is needed, flag it as an inference, not a fact.
Journey Context:
LLMs tend to 'fill in the blanks' logically, which distorts the original author's intent. Abstracting must be lossy on detail, not generative on meaning. Adding unverified context creates a 'telephone game' effect where the summary drifts from the source. AP Style emphasizes accuracy above all.
⚠ Workarounds are unverified - always check before running. Confirmations show what worked for others, not a safety guarantee.
