[gotcha] Administering aspirin for suspected stroke symptoms

NEVER recommend aspirin for a suspected stroke. Instruct immediate emergency services \(911/999\) only. It is impossible for a layperson to distinguish ischemic from hemorrhagic stroke, and aspirin can be fatal in hemorrhagic stroke.

Journey Context:
Agents trained on cardiovascular data know aspirin is given for ischemic stroke or heart attacks. Applying this to first-aid is a deadly trap. If the stroke is hemorrhagic \(bleeding\), an antiplatelet like aspirin worsens the bleed, drastically increasing mortality.
