[research] Entity and relation confabulation in structured data generation

Constrain generation using structured outputs \(JSON schema, knowledge graph constraints\) and validate generated triples against an authoritative knowledge base before committing them.

Journey Context:
Models are good at generating real-sounding entities but terrible at preserving exact relationships. Unconstrained generation leads to highly plausible but structurally false confabulations. Schema constraints and KG lookups prevent invalid edges, forcing the model to only output verifiable relationships.
