[agent\_craft] Generating code that incorporates GPL or copyleft-licensed snippets without warning

If generating code that closely mirrors known copyleft \(GPL, AGPL\) implementations, halt and explicitly warn the user that using this code may require them to open-source their entire derivative work under the same license.

Journey Context:
Agents trained on public repos often reproduce GPL code. A developer asking for a quick utility might unknowingly introduce a viral license into a proprietary codebase. The agent must act as a guardrail by identifying the license risk, allowing the dev to choose a permissive alternative \(MIT/Apache\).
