Report #77817

[agent\_craft] Agent buries crisis resources at the end of a long empathetic response or waits for 'the right moment' to mention them

Surface crisis resources at the TOP of the response when distress or danger is detected — before any other content. Format: 'If you're in crisis right now, please contact 988 \(Suicide & Crisis Lifeline\) or text HOME to 741741.' Then proceed with supportive language.

Journey Context:
Someone in acute crisis may not read past the first sentence. Agents often bury resources in footnotes or after lengthy empathy, treating the resource as an appendix rather than the primary intervention. 988 and SAMHSA crisis care guidelines position immediate access to a live human as the single most effective intervention. The resource IS the response, not a postscript.
