[agent\_craft] Agent ignores critical constraints or formatting rules

Place the most critical instructions at the very beginning and the very end of the context window. Repeat key constraints in the final user turn.

Journey Context:
Due to primacy and recency effects in LLMs, the middle of the context is the most vulnerable to being ignored. Putting a vital constraint in the middle of a long system prompt is a recipe for failure. Repeating it at the end acts as a strong, immediate reminder before generation.
