Report #77005

[agent\_craft] Non-parallel structure in bulleted lists

Ensure all list items are grammatically parallel. If the first item starts with a verb \(imperative\), all items must start with a verb. If it's a noun phrase, all must be noun phrases.

Journey Context:
Non-parallel lists are cognitively jarring and harder to scan. The reader's brain expects a pattern; breaking it forces them to re-parse the structure. Parallel structure allows the list to be processed as a single unit of logic. The tradeoff is that it requires slightly more effort during drafting, but it drastically reduces the reader's cognitive load.
