[agent\_craft] Writing UI or CLI instructions in descriptive or indicative mood

Use the imperative mood for all instructional steps. Write 'Click Submit' instead of 'You should click Submit' or 'The Submit button is clicked'.

Journey Context:
Descriptive or indicative mood makes instructions sound optional, observational, or passive. Imperative mood is direct and clearly indicates an action the user must take. This is a standard convention in almost all technical style guides. Removing 'You should' also eliminates needless words.
