[agent\_craft] Using domain-specific acronyms without expanding them on first use

Spell out the acronym on first use, followed by the acronym in parentheses. Use the acronym alone thereafter.

Journey Context:
Agents inherit context from the prompt and assume the reader has the same context. This alienates readers who are new to the domain. Plainlanguage.gov and the AP Stylebook mandate spelling out on first use to ensure the text is accessible and self-contained, preventing the reader from having to stop and search for a definition.
