Report #76200

[frontier] Agent identity fragmentation during context window sliding \(50\+ turn amnesia about core persona\)

Use prompt caching to store immutable identity metadata and re-inject during each window reconstruction, separate from conversation history

Journey Context:
Standard RAG retrieves relevant facts but not identity; standard context windows lose 'soul' metadata during sliding. Context caching preserves agent core values and persistent goals in a separate cache layer that survives window reconstruction. Unlike simple system prompts that get buried in history, cached identity metadata gets prepended to every new window with high attention weight, preventing 'zombie agents' that execute without purpose.
