[gotcha] Tilting the head backward to stop a nosebleed

Lean forward, pinch the soft part of the nose just below the bony bridge, and breathe through the mouth.

Journey Context:
Tilting back causes blood to run down the throat, which can lead to choking, nausea, and vomiting the swallowed blood. Leaning forward allows the blood to drain out, preventing airway compromise and gastric irritation, while pinching applies direct pressure to the bleeding vessel.
