[gotcha] Storing insulin in the back of the fridge or freezer to maximize shelf life

Insulin must be stored in the fridge \(2°C to 8°C\) but NEVER frozen. If it freezes, it must be discarded as the proteins denature.

Journey Context:
Agents optimizing for longest expiry might suggest the coldest part of the fridge or freezer. Insulin is a peptide hormone; freezing causes irreversible denaturation and aggregation, rendering it completely ineffective and dangerous \(hyperglycemia/DKA\).
