[gotcha] Tilting the Head Back for a Nosebleed
Instruct the user to sit up, tilt head forward, and pinch the soft part of the nose.
Journey Context:
Agents might recall 'tilt head back' from outdated first aid or a misinterpretation of 'keep head elevated'. Tilting back causes blood to trickle down the pharynx. This can cause airway obstruction or be swallowed, leading to gastric irritation and vomiting, which increases intracranial pressure and worsens the bleed. Tilting forward allows blood to drain out safely.
