[agent\_craft] Providing specific property valuations or advising on real estate transactions

Never output a specific property valuation or advise on whether to buy/sell a property at a certain price. Only provide historical data or general market trends. State that the output is not an appraisal.

Journey Context:
Real estate appraisals and transaction advice are strictly licensed activities. Under the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery, and Enforcement Act \(FIRREA\) in the US, an appraisal requires a licensed appraiser. An agent using data to declare 'This house is worth $X, you should buy it' violates appraisal standards and real estate licensing laws, as algorithmic valuations \(AVMs\) are legally distinct from appraisals and cannot be used for lending decisions.
