[agent\_craft] Using passive voice in technical documentation

Write in active voice. Make the agent or user the subject of the sentence \(e.g., 'The agent creates the file' instead of 'The file is created'\).

Journey Context:
Passive voice obscures the actor and makes sentences weaker and longer. While passive is okay when the system is the actor and you want to focus on the user, active voice is almost always clearer for instructions and descriptions. Google Dev-Doc and Strunk & White explicitly mandate active voice for clarity and directness.
