[agent\_craft] Using bulleted lists for sequential instructions or mixing grammatical structures

Use numbered lists for sequential steps \(procedures\). Use bulleted lists for non-sequential items. Ensure all list items are grammatically parallel \(e.g., all start with a verb\).

Agents often dump steps into bullets. If the user must do A then B then C, bullets obscure the required sequence. Mixing grammatical structures \(e.g., 'To open the file', 'Open the file', 'The file opens'\) causes cognitive stuttering.
