[agent\_craft] Agent ignores critical instructions or tool outputs placed in the middle of a massive context window

Position the most critical context—system instructions, latest user prompt, and key tool outputs—at the very beginning or very end of the context window. Summarize or deprioritize older, less critical context to the middle.
