Report #7383

[agent\_craft] Using different terms interchangeably for the same technical concept within a document

Establish one canonical term for a concept and use it consistently. Create a local glossary if needed. Do not alternate between 'user', 'customer', and 'client' if they mean the same thing in your context.

Journey Context:
Agents have a large vocabulary and naturally vary their word choice to avoid sounding repetitive \(a good trait in creative writing\). In technical writing, however, varying terminology implies varying concepts. If an agent calls an entity a 'request' in one paragraph and a 'payload' in the next, the reader wastes time looking for the difference. Consistency eliminates ambiguity.
