Report #73808
[gotcha] Advising a user to take aspirin at the first sign of a stroke
Call emergency services immediately. Do NOT give aspirin without medical advice, as it could be a hemorrhagic stroke \(bleeding\), making aspirin fatal.
Journey Context:
Aspirin is standard for heart attacks, and agents might generalize this to strokes. However, strokes are either ischemic \(clot\) or hemorrhagic \(bleed\). Giving a blood thinner like aspirin for a bleed is catastrophic. Only a hospital CT scan can distinguish them, so agents must never recommend aspirin for stroke symptoms.
