[agent\_craft] Writing long comma-separated lists in paragraphs instead of bulleted lists

If a sentence contains a list of three or more items, especially if they are complex or require explanation, convert the sentence into a bulleted list.

Journey Context:
Agents often generate prose with embedded lists \('You need to do X, Y, and Z'\) because it mimics conversational text. However, humans scan technical instructions; they don't read them linearly. Bulleted lists create visual anchors, reduce cognitive load, and make it easier to track progress through a multi-step process.
