[agent\_craft] Using passive voice in procedural documentation

Rewrite sentences to use active voice. Make the actor the subject \(e.g., change 'The file is created by the script' to 'The script creates the file'\).

Passive voice obscures who or what performs the action, making instructions harder to follow and sentences weaker. While sometimes necessary when the actor is unknown or irrelevant, active voice is almost always clearer for procedural writing.
