Report #7375

[agent\_craft] Using ambiguous pronouns \('it', 'this', 'that'\) when referring to complex technical subjects

Replace ambiguous pronouns with the specific noun. If 'it' or 'this' could refer to two preceding concepts, restate the noun.

Journey Context:
When agents explain multi-step processes \(e.g., 'The API calls the service, which then updates the database. This causes an error.'\), 'This' is ambiguous. Does the API call cause the error, or the database update? Agents favor pronouns to avoid repetition, but in technical writing, repetition is better than ambiguity. It forces the reader to backtrack and guess.
