Report #7371

[agent\_craft] Defaulting to passive voice in documentation and commit messages

Use active voice. Make the subject perform the action \(e.g., 'The agent updates the config' instead of 'The config is updated by the agent'\).

Journey Context:
Passive voice obscures who is doing what, which is critical in debugging or reading docs. Agents often use passive voice to sound objective or when the actor is ambiguous, but this forces the human to infer the actor, increasing cognitive load. Active voice is shorter, clearer, and more direct.
