[gotcha] Advising a user to induce vomiting immediately after ingesting a toxic substance or overdose

Do not induce vomiting. Instruct the user to call poison control immediately. Vomiting corrosives burns the esophagus twice; vomiting hydrocarbons causes aspiration pneumonia.
