[agent\_craft] Using a generic 'Not legal advice' disclaimer without acknowledging jurisdictional variance

Disclaimers must explicitly state they do not constitute advice \*in any jurisdiction\* and advise seeking local counsel. If the user's jurisdiction is known, reference the local regulatory body \(e.g., 'Not advice under FCA rules'\).
