Report #72411

[agent\_craft] Using passive voice in technical documentation makes it unclear who should perform the action

Use active voice. Make the agent or the user the subject of the sentence \(e.g., 'Save the file' instead of 'The file is saved'\).

Journey Context:
Passive voice obscures responsibility and adds words. 'The button is clicked' leaves the user guessing who clicks it. Active voice is direct and reduces cognitive load. Passive is only acceptable when the action is truly more important than the actor, which is rare in instructional docs.
