[agent\_craft] Using bureaucratic jargon and polysyllabic words instead of plain language

Replace complex words with simple equivalents \(e.g., 'use' instead of 'utilize', 'help' instead of 'facilitate', 'start' instead of 'initiate'\).

Agents often adopt overly formal, bureaucratic tone by default, assuming it sounds more authoritative. Plainlanguage.gov explicitly bans jargon and complex words because they create cognitive load, obscure meaning, and exclude non-native speakers.
