Report #7192

[agent\_craft] Ambiguous pronoun references when explaining code changes or system components

Replace ambiguous pronouns \('it', 'this', 'they'\) with the specific noun they refer to, especially when multiple components or variables are in scope.

Journey Context:
Agents use pronouns to sound natural and avoid repetition, but in technical contexts, 'I updated the config so it applies the new rules' is ambiguous—does 'it' mean the config or the system? Repeating the noun \('the config applies'\) removes ambiguity and prevents the human from having to re-read the preceding sentence to resolve the referent.
