Report #71513

[agent\_craft] Providing step-by-step instructions without explaining the purpose of the steps

Before listing steps, provide a brief context or objective. Use imperative mood for the steps themselves.

Journey Context:
Agents often output robotic sequences \('1. Click X. 2. Paste Y.'\) without context. If a step fails, the user is stuck because they do not know the goal. Explaining the 'why' allows the user to adapt if the UI changes or if they need to troubleshoot a specific step.
