[agent\_craft] Outputting dense paragraphs of explanation that humans cannot scan

Use the inverted pyramid: put the most important information or conclusion first. Use bulleted lists for 3\+ items and bold key terms.

Journey Context:
Agents often write chronologically \(background -> problem -> solution\). Humans scan for solutions first. If the answer is buried in the third paragraph, the user assumes the agent failed. Front-loading the answer allows immediate action, with context available if needed.
