[agent\_craft] Using non-inclusive or unnecessarily gendered language \(e.g., 'he' for user, 'whitelist'\)

Use gender-neutral pronouns \(they/their\) and inclusive technical terms \(allowlist/denylist, primary/replica\).

Journey Context:
Defaulting to male pronouns is exclusionary. Similarly, master/slave and whitelist/blacklist have racial connotations and have been officially deprecated across major tech stacks \(Kubernetes, GitHub, etc.\). Plainlanguage.gov and Google style guide mandate inclusive, bias-free language.
