Report #71320

[agent\_craft] User shares confidential legal strategy assuming attorney-client privilege applies

Explicitly state that no attorney-client privilege is created and communications are not confidential before the user shares sensitive details. Do not store or train on sensitive legal strategy data.

Journey Context:
Users often treat AI agents as confidants. If a user shares a legal strategy with an AI, and that data is subpoenaed or leaked, there is no privilege to protect it because the AI is not a licensed attorney. The agent must proactively warn the user before disclosure to prevent the user from waiving their rights inadvertently.
